Welcome to Axel Villas. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Policy
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and reserve your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected in cash during check-in. The deposit will be refunded during check-out provided that: No damage has been caused to the property. The number of guests matches the confirmed booking. Check-out is completed on time.
As Axel Villas is currently not GST registered, GST is not applicable to bookings.

A valid Government-issued ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or equivalent) is mandatory for all guests during check-in.
Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for their luggage, valuables, and personal belongings throughout their stay.
Illegal Activities
Smoking prohibited substances, possession of illegal drugs, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be shared at the time of booking or as specified for individual villas.
